スウェーデンはロールストランド製陶所に在籍した作家、カール＝ハリー・スタルハーネの絵付けの入った酒盃サイズの軟性陶器です。素地は柔らかなファイアンスと呼ばれる軟性の陶器で、その上から全体に薄茶の釉がかけられ、見込みには鼠の混じった緑色の釉で三角形や、黒釉で丸や線文様を配した、幾何学文様が描かれております。絵付けはフィンランド出身のロールストランドに在籍した作家、アウネ・ラウッカネンのもので、タペストリーなどの作品を多く残しており、主に絵付けの職人として活躍をしました。形はすり鉢状の碗なりのもので、北欧では珍しい小振りな酒盃サイズのものです。 二人のダブルネームの作品は、いくつか残されておりますが、こちらはスウェーデンのヘルシンボリで開催された展覧会、「H55」に出展をした作品で、特別に作られた作品であると推測されます。高台に手書きのサインで、 ロールストランド社のロゴ、二人の名前の筆記サイン、 SWEDENとH55、品番の番号が入れられております。状態でございますが、軟性陶器のため、高台内に窯割れと口縁から長いニュウが一本入っております。
This is a liquor cup size soft ware painted by Carl-Harry Stalhane, an artist who worked at Rollstrand Pottery in Sweden. The base is a soft faience, over which a light brown glaze has been applied, and the edges are decorated with a geometric pattern of triangles in green with gray, and circles and lines in black. The painting was done by Finnish artist Aune Laukkanen, who worked at Rollstrand and left many tapestries and other works, and was mainly active as a painter. It is a mortar-shaped bowl, the size of a small sake cup, which is rare in Scandinavia. There are several works with their double names, but this one was exhibited at the exhibition "H55" held in Helsingborg, Sweden, and is assumed to be a special piece. It is hand signed on the base with the Rollstrand logo, two names, SWEDEN and H55, and the part number. As for the condition of the piece, it is soft-ware with a kiln crack in the base and one long crack from the mouth rim.
