スウェーデンはグスタフスベリ製陶所に在籍した作家、ベルント・フリーベリの緑鼠色の小振りな鉢作品です。全体に鼠色を帯びた淡い緑釉が掛けられ、その上から濃い鼠緑釉が二重掛けされて、お互いが混ざり合い、全体をきれいに流れております。まるで焼け焦げ様な表情が全体に現れており、自然石の様な詫びがれた景色です。一部は素地が露胎しております。釉の毛並みはチリチリとした細かなもので、 口先から高台まで流れ落ちております。形は、定番の碗なりのもので、やや正円の口縁が内側に抱え込み、胴の曲線がきれいな弧を描いております。酒盃としてお使いいただけそうな小振りなサイズをしております。状態はたいへんによろしいものです。
This is a small green-gray bowl piece by Bernd Friberg, an artist who worked at the Gustavsberg pottery in Sweden. The entire pottery is covered with a grayish pale green glaze, and a darker cup green glaze is applied over it. The whole piece has a burnt look, like a natural stone. Some of the base is exposed. The furrows of the glaze are fine and flow down from the tip of the mouth to the base. The shape is that of a standard bowl, with a slightly round mouth rim that hugs the inside, and the curve of the body drawing a beautiful arc. The size is small enough to be used as a sake cup. The condition is very good.
